NYC DOT participates in National Work Zone Awareness Week, to raise driver awareness and decrease the number of individuals killed in motor vehicle crashes while on the job. By casting and interviewing real road-side employees and showcasing them both on the job and at home with their loved ones – we brought the face behind the job to the foreground, humanizing road construction in order to drive awareness.

The campaign ran in multiple languages on billboards, ferries, and DOT trucks all over New York city and in Albany.
