By geo-targeting key audiences online with banner ads that reveal benefits of enrollment, we were able to test a variety of messages in front of real customers while keeping the creative consistent, quick and memorable.

Running the messages in sequence, and retargeting site visitors with alternative creative proved to be extremely successful – producing a record spike in enrollment.
